Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of olympictowing.com (the “Site”) and to quotes and services provided by Olympic Towing (“Olympic Towing”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 159 Industrial Road, Bolton, Ontario L7E 1K5, Canada. By using the Site, requesting a quote or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your consumer rights come first. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If anything here conflicts with those laws, the law applies.
1. Our services and service area
We provide light, medium and heavy duty towing, roadside assistance (such as battery boosts, lockouts, flat tire help, fuel delivery and winch-outs), vehicle recovery and float transport for equipment and freight. We are based in Bolton, Ontario and serve Peel Region, York Region and surrounding communities. Whether we can serve a particular location depends on distance, road and weather conditions, the vehicle or load, and equipment availability, and is confirmed when you contact us.
2. Quotes and estimates
- Submitting a form on the Site is a request for information or a quote, not a confirmed booking. A job is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.
- Quotes are based on the information you give us, such as location, distance, vehicle or load type, weight, condition and access. If the actual situation is different (for example extra recovery work, a different vehicle condition, or added waiting time or distance), we will explain any change in price and ask for your approval before continuing, except in an emergency or where police or other authorities direct the tow.
- Unless stated otherwise, quotes are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, such as the 13% HST in Ontario.
3. Authorization and your rights before a tow
Before we tow or store your vehicle, and unless police or another authority has directed the tow, we will:
- identify our business and give you a way to contact us;
- tell you our rates, or give you an estimate, for the services you request;
- get your authorization (consent) to provide the service; and
- tell you where your vehicle will be taken.
Our tow operators and drivers hold the certifications required in Ontario under the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021. You’re welcome to ask a driver to show their certificate. When police or a provincial highway towing program directs which company tows a vehicle, their requirements also apply.
4. Pricing, payment and invoices
- You will receive an itemized invoice showing each charge.
- We accept payment by major credit card, as well as other methods we confirm with you at booking. You will not be required to pay in cash only.
- Payment is due when the service is completed, unless we have agreed to account or invoice terms with your business in writing.
- We don’t charge for services you did not authorize, except where a tow is directed by police or another authority, or where the law permits.
5. Cancellations and changes
You may cancel a request at any time. If you cancel after a truck has been dispatched, a cancellation or dispatch fee may apply. Any such fee will be disclosed to you before dispatch. For scheduled float or transport jobs, cancellation terms will be confirmed in your quote.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your location, vehicle or equipment, its condition and the destination.
- Confirm that you own the vehicle or equipment, or are authorized to request service for it.
- Stay safe while waiting: keep away from traffic where possible and follow instructions from police and emergency services.
- Remove valuables and personal belongings before towing where it is safe to do so.
- For float and equipment transport, provide accurate dimensions, weights and loading details, and make sure the pickup and delivery sites are accessible and ready.
7. Vehicle condition, damage and claims
Our operators use care and suitable equipment for every job. Where practical, we note any visible existing damage before towing. Please inspect your vehicle or equipment when it is delivered and tell us about any concern as soon as possible, ideally before signing the delivery receipt, so we can review it promptly with you and our insurer. Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable law and the coverage in place at the time of service.
8. Storage and personal property
If your vehicle needs to be stored, we will tell you where it is stored and any storage charges before they apply, and you will be able to access the vehicle to remove personal property during reasonable hours as required by law. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle except as required by law.
9. Arrival times and availability
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arrival times and response times published on the Site, such as “typically within 30 minutes”, are typical estimates, not guarantees. Actual times depend on your location, traffic, weather, road closures, the type of job and the number of calls in progress. We’ll give you an estimated arrival time when you call.
10. Using the Site
- Information on the Site is general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but services, availability and details may change.
- Don’t submit false information, misuse our forms, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
- Online forms are not monitored for emergencies. If you need immediate help, call 416-356-2900, or 911 if anyone is in danger.
11. Job applications
By submitting an application, you confirm the information is accurate and authorize Olympic Towing to review it, and to verify your licence and experience, for hiring purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.
12. Advertising and offers
Any promotion or offer shown in our ads or on the Site is subject to the conditions stated with it. If no conditions are stated, the offer applies to new service requests in our service area while it is advertised.
13. Intellectual property
The Olympic Towing name, logo, text, images and design of the Site belong to Olympic Towing or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

14. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as Google Maps or social media. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympic Towing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including errors, interruptions or reliance on general information published on it. Our responsibility for towing, recovery, storage and transport services is set out in sections 3 to 9 and by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law, including your rights as a consumer.
16. Accessibility
We aim to make our Site and services accessible to everyone. If you need information in an alternative format or have trouble using the Site, contact us and we’ll help.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally may be brought before the courts of Ontario. Consumers keep any right they have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including the right to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you request a quote or service applies to that request.
